1. Acceptance
By accessing Services, you confirm you are 18+ and have legal capacity.
2. Account Registration
Maintain credential confidentiality. Responsible for all account activity.
3. Permitted Use
- No unlawful use
- No IP infringement
- No reverse-engineering (unless authorised)
- No automated scraping
4. Intellectual Property
Platform owned by Biztech. You retain uploaded content ownership. See License Agreement.
5. Payment
Per order agreement. See Refund Policy.
6. Free POC
Provided "as is" for evaluation.
7. Privacy
See Privacy Policy.
8. Availability
High availability target, not guaranteed. Enterprise SLAs per agreement.
9. Liability
No liability for indirect or consequential damages to maximum extent of law.
10. Termination
Per order agreement. 90-day data grace period (Cloud).
