PrintXpand License Agreement

Governs use of PrintXpand software, Cloud or On-Premise, by Biztech Consulting & Solutions.
1. Grant of License
Cloud: Non-exclusive, revocable license for subscription duration.
On-Premise: Non-exclusive, perpetual license for your infrastructure.
2. Restrictions
- No sublicensing or distribution
- No reverse-engineering (Cloud)
- No removing proprietary notices
- No competing products
3. Source Code (Enterprise On-Premise)
Modify for internal use only. No distribution.
4. IP
All IP remains with Biztech Consulting & Solutions.
5. Updates
Cloud: automatic. On-Premise: via annual maintenance.
6. Support
Per plan. See Support Policy.
7. Termination
Cloud: ends with subscription. On-Premise: perpetual unless breach.
8. Warranty
"As is" except per SLA.
